1. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS
These Redemption Terms set out the terms on which you may exchange unique retail codes (Hugggs) you have received for an item or items from the applicable retailer's stores. Please read these Redemption Terms carefully before you redeem your Huggg.
2. EXPIRY DATE
2.1 Your Huggg will have an expiration date listed on it. Please ensure you redeem your Huggg within this time period as it cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
2.2 Hugggs have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, returned or refunded.
3. EXCHANGE, EXCLUSIONS AND ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS
3.1 Your Huggg may be exchanged for specific products from Caffe Nero or Greggs, as listed below.
Savoury — Only valid on Sausage Roll, Vegan Sausage Roll, Cheese & Onion Bake, Steak Bake, Chicken Bake, Sausage Bean & Cheese Melt, Spicy Vegetable Curry Bake, Margherita Pizza Slice, Pepperoni Pizza Slice, and all Seasonal/Rotational Bakes.
Sweet Treat — Only valid on Caramel Doughnut, Glazed Ring Doughnut, Jam Doughnut, Pink Jammie Doughnut, Sugar Strand Doughnut, Triple Chocolate Doughnut, Triple Chocolate Muffin, and all Seasonal/Specialty Doughnuts and Muffins.
Sausage Roll — Only valid on Sausage Roll or Vegan Sausage Roll.
3.2 Redeemable in store only.
3.3 The following Greggs locations are excluded from redemption: those situated in MOTO forecourts — Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby and Rugby.
3.4 In the event that your chosen item is not available, an alternative item of equivalent value will be offered at the retailer's discretion. Huggg Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to comply with this obligation.
3.5 A retailer may refuse to exchange a Huggg which it deems to have been obtained and/or used fraudulently.
