Expiry Date

1.1 Your Huggg voucher is valid until the specified expiry date or until stocks last, whichever comes first.

1.2 All Huggg links are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you redeem your Huggg within this time period, as it will expire after the specified period.

1.3 Hugggs have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange, Exclusions, and Alternative Products

2.1 Your Huggg voucher may only be used in its intended form, which includes the options of a delivered physical gift, collected physical gift, or gift card. The specific form of the Huggg will depend on the item selected and its availability.

2.2 The Huggg voucher is exchangeable for the items listed on the Platform only.

2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

2.5 Please note that certain delivered gifts may be limited to specific territories or regions. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift. The recipient must ensure that the gift can be delivered to their desired location.
