Treat them to rest and relaxation with a visit to their preferred Bannatyne health club location, for a spa day for two. They will enjoy full access to the spa’s facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. They’ll also each be treated to 25 minutes’ worth of treatments.

They can choose from either Swedish, lava shell, or bamboo deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massages, or a tailored facial express. Whichever they choose, they’re sure to leave feeling rejuvenated and revived. Also included is an eye mask, to soothe tired and strained eyes. This is a divine escape for the body and mind.

Classic spa day with 25 minutes’ worth of pamper treatments
Choose from: either a Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage, lava shell back, neck & shoulder massage, bamboo deep tissue back massage, or an Elemis tailored facial express.
Plus a £10 voucher, redeemable towards spa products (minimum £40 spend)
25 minutes of treatment time per person (including collection from and to the waiting area, consultation and 20 minutes of “hands-on” treatment time)
Divine eye mask to be used during the treatment or taken home

Expiry Date

1.1 Your Huggg voucher is valid until the specified expiry date or until stocks last, whichever comes first.

1.2 All Huggg links are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you redeem your Huggg within this time period, as it will expire after the specified period.

1.3 Hugggs have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange, Exclusions, and Alternative Products

2.1 Your Huggg voucher may only be used in its intended form, which includes the options of a delivered physical gift, collected physical gift, or gift card. The specific form of the Huggg will depend on the item selected and its availability.

2.2 The Huggg voucher is exchangeable for the items listed on the Platform only.

2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

2.5 Please note that certain delivered gifts may be limited to specific territories or regions. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift. The recipient must ensure that the gift can be delivered to their desired location.

By entering and submitting your personal information, you consent to us sharing this information with the merchant for the purpose of order fulfilment. We will share your full name and delivery address with the merchant to facilitate the delivery of your item(s). Your email address will also be shared with the merchant to provide delivery updates and address any potential issues.
