1. EXPIRY DATE

1.1 Your Huggg is valid until the date specified. Please ensure you redeem your Huggg within this time period as it cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

1.2 Hugggs have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, or be returned or refunded.

2. EXCHANGE, EXCLUSIONS AND ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS

2.1 Your Huggg may be exchanged online only. 

2.2 Your Huggg is exchangeable for the items listed only.

2.3 In the event that your chosen item or items are not available, alternative items will be offered of an equivalent value to your reasonable satisfaction. For the avoidance of doubt, Huggg Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to comply with this obligation, as it is within the discretion of the retailer in question.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg which it deems to have been obtained and/or used fraudulently.

2.5 Includes delivery to specific EU countries specified in product descriptions. 

3. PERSONAL DATA

By entering and submitting your personal information, you agree that we can share this with the merchant, so that they can fulfil your order. We will share your full name and delivery address, in order for the merchant to post your item to you. We will also share your email address so the merchant can keep you up to date on delivery times and contact you, should there be any issues. The merchant will not use your information for anything else other than that outlined above.
