1. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS

These Redemption Terms set out the terms on which you may exchange your unique link (Huggg) for a Treatwell gift card, redeemable against treatments and services offered by venues on the Treatwell platform. Please read these Redemption Terms carefully before you redeem your Huggg.

2. EXPIRY DATE

2.1 Your Huggg link will have an expiration date listed on it. Please ensure you redeem your Huggg within this time period as it cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

2.2 Hugggs have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, returned or refunded.

3. EXCHANGE, EXCLUSIONS AND ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 Your Huggg may be exchanged for a Treatwell gift card, which can be put towards a massage, spa treatment, or other beauty and wellness service of the recipient's choice, subject to availability at participating Treatwell venues across the UK and other participating European countries.

3.2 The availability of venues, treatments and services is not guaranteed and may be subject to change or vary by location.

3.3 Once you have redeemed your link in return for a Treatwell gift card, Huggg Ltd's obligations to you have been fulfilled and you will become subject to Treatwell's own terms and conditions, including as they relate to venue booking, cancellation, redemption window and any balance expiry.
