To add to the festive fun, behind each window is a riddle by the co-founder Jamie Laing - your recipient will have the chance to share their answers via Instagram stories to stand a chance of winning a bundle of goodies on Christmas Eve (worth over £2,000!).

Any festive gifts redeemed by recipients after the festive period, or after stocks last, will be replaced by a gift of equivalent value.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch, dextrose, fructose-glucose syrup, hydrolysed pea protein, juices from concentrate: (apple, strawberry, watermelon, coconut water, sour cherry), acids (malic acid, citric acid, lactic acid), potato protein, maltodextrin, acidity regulators: sodium malates, calcium carbonate, sodium potassium tartrate and potassium citrates; fruit and plant concentrates (black carrot, turmeric, safflower, pumpkin, apple, sweet potato, radish, blackcurrant, lemon), gelling agent: pectins, natural flavourings, spirulina concentrate, natural orange flavouring, sunflower oil, glazing agent: carnauba wax (from responsible sources). Candy Kittens are produced with a dairy and nut free recipe but please note that these are packed in a factory that handles peanuts, nuts, sesame and milk.

Expiry Date

1.1 Your Huggg voucher is valid until the specified expiry date or until stocks last, whichever comes first.

1.2 All Huggg links are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you redeem your Huggg within this time period, as it will expire after the specified period.

1.3 Hugggs have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange, Exclusions, and Alternative Products

2.1 Your Huggg voucher may only be used in its intended form, which includes the options of a delivered physical gift, collected physical gift, or gift card. The specific form of the Huggg will depend on the item selected and its availability.

2.2 The Huggg voucher is exchangeable for the items listed on the Platform only.

2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

2.5 Please note that certain delivered gifts may be limited to specific territories or regions. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift. The recipient must ensure that the gift can be delivered to their desired location.

Personal Data

By entering and submitting your personal information, you consent to us sharing this information with the merchant for the purpose of order fulfillment. We will share your full name and delivery address with the merchant to facilitate the delivery of your item(s). Your email address will also be shared with the merchant to provide delivery updates and address any potential issues. The merchant will not use your information for any purposes other than those outlined above.
