Expiry Date 1.1 Your Huggg voucher is valid until the specified expiry date or until stocks last, whichever comes first. 1.2 All Huggg links are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you redeem your Huggg within this time period, as it will expire after the specified period. 1.3 Hugggs have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchange, Exclusions, and Alternative Products 2.1 Your Huggg voucher may only be used in its intended form, which includes the options of a delivered physical gift, collected physical gift, or gift card.
