2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift.
