Any festive gifts redeemed by recipients after the festive period, or after stocks last, will be replaced by a gift of equivalent value.

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, recipients will need to place their orders by the 12th December. Normal courier service will resume from the 6th January although some brands may ship before this time.

The specific form of the Huggg will depend on the item selected and its availability. 2.2 The Huggg voucher is exchangeable for the items listed on the Platform only. 2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction. 2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently. 2.5 Please note that certain delivered gifts may be limited to specific territories or regions. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift. The recipient must ensure that the gift can be delivered to their desired location. We will share your full name and delivery address with the merchant to facilitate the delivery of your item(s).
