Price includes delivery to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and Isle of Wight.

Any festive flavours redeemed by recipients after the festive period, or after stocks last, will be replaced by another flavour.

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, recipients will need to place EK Bakery orders by the 22nd December. Normal courier service will resume from the 14th January.

Two large letterbox brownies delivered in a carefully packed letterbox sized box. Some monthly specials will contain nuts and all brownies may contain traces of nuts.

Expiry Date

1.1 Your Huggg voucher is valid until the specified expiry date or until stocks last, whichever comes first.

1.2 All Huggg links are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of issuance. Please ensure that you redeem your Huggg within this time period, as it will expire after the specified period.

1.3 Hugggs have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchange, Exclusions, and Alternative Products

2.1 Your Huggg voucher may only be used in its intended form, which includes the options of a delivered physical gift, collected physical gift, or gift card. The specific form of the Huggg will depend on the item selected and its availability.

2.2 The Huggg voucher is exchangeable for the items listed on the Platform only.

2.3 In the event that your selected item(s) are not available due to stock limitations, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered to your reasonable satisfaction.

2.4 The merchant or Huggg may refuse to exchange a Huggg voucher that is deemed to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

2.5 Please note that certain delivered gifts may be limited to specific territories or regions. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the delivery eligibility and any associated restrictions before redeeming the gift. The recipient must ensure that the gift can be delivered to their desired location.

Personal Data

By entering and submitting your personal information, you consent to us sharing this information with the merchant for the purpose of order fulfillment. We will share your full name and delivery address with the merchant to facilitate the delivery of your item(s). Your email address will also be shared with the merchant to provide delivery updates and address any potential issues. The merchant will not use your information for any purposes other than those outlined above.
